Rules & Conduct
How we've kept it together for 20+ years. Surprisingly few rules. Surprisingly consistent results.
Respect Everyone
Team members, opponents, and randoms who wander into our server. We compete hard but we don't belittle. Trash talk is an art form — personal attacks are not.
Play the Objective
Stats are nice. Wins are better. If the flag needs capping and you're the only one near it, you cap it. K/D ratio is a vanity metric. Teamwork is the real score.
Communicate
Call your moves. Share intel. Say when you're flanking, when you need ammo, when you've spotted a tank. Voice comms exist for a reason — use them. Even if just to complain about your K/D.
No Cheating. Ever.
Exploits, hacks, aim assist on PC — none of it. We win on skill, strategy, and the occasional lucky grenade. Anyone caught cheating loses the tag permanently. No appeals. No exceptions.
Real Life Comes First
Kids, partners, work, health — they all outrank gaming. Nobody gets grief for missing sessions. The squad will always be here when you get back. Even if we're just playing badly without you.
Have Fun
This is still a game. If you're not enjoying it, step away. Win or lose, the measure of a good session is whether you laughed, bonded, or at least felt slightly less dead inside afterward.
TL;DR
Don't be a dick. Play the objective. Have fun. Go kiss your kids goodnight.
